Why RoofMax

Word of mouth is still our biggest source of work

That is not a slogan, it is a constraint we have to keep earning. A roofing company that depends on referrals cannot afford a job that goes badly, which is why the crew that starts your roof finishes it, and why we do not disappear once the check clears.

We have been roofing Georgia homes since 2010. In that time the storms have not got gentler and the claims process has not got simpler, so most of what we do now sits at the intersection of the two — finding damage that is genuinely there, proving it, and repairing it properly.

Our inspectors hold Haag certification, the residential roof damage credential that insurance adjusters themselves are trained against. It matters because it means our assessment speaks the same language as the person deciding your claim.

In Their Words

What a finished job looks like

We would rather show you a customer describing the work than describe it ourselves. This one covers the three things we care most about getting right — the claim, the timeline, and the state of your property when we leave.

★★★★★
“Very professional! Assisted with the insurance adjuster, and once approved did the work within days. The crew was professional, started in the morning and were finished with the job by the afternoon. Thoroughly cleaned behind themselves. Saw them magnet rake. And no debris was left behind. The work looks amazing and it’s like I have a new home. Provided the service as offered. I would highly recommend.”

Where We Work

Serving Alpharetta and metro Atlanta

We are based in Alpharetta and work across the north metro — Roswell, Milton, Johns Creek, Cumming, Marietta, Woodstock, Sandy Springs and Duluth. Being local matters more than it sounds: when a hailstorm crosses one part of the metro and not another, we already know which streets took it.

Common questions

How do I know if my roof has storm damage?

Often you cannot tell from the ground, which is the whole problem. Hail bruises the mat under the granules before anything is visibly broken, and wind damage frequently shows up as lifted shingles along one slope only. A proper inspection means someone on the roof with a trained eye — that is what the free inspection is for.

Will you help with my insurance claim?

Yes, and it is a significant part of what we do. We document the damage, meet your adjuster at the property, and represent what the roof genuinely needs while they assess it. We do not decide your claim — but we make sure the person who does is looking at complete information.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Around 95% of our replacements are completed in a single day, including cleanup. Larger or more complex roofs can run into a second day. We will tell you which yours is before we start rather than after.

Do you charge for an inspection?

No. The inspection and the written report are free, and there is no obligation attached. If your roof does not need work, we would rather tell you that and be the company you call in three years.

What areas do you cover?

Alpharetta and the surrounding north metro Atlanta area, including Roswell, Milton, Johns Creek, Cumming, Marietta, Woodstock, Sandy Springs and Duluth. If you are just outside that, call us — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we carry full insurance and our inspectors hold Haag certification for residential roof damage assessment. We are also BBB accredited with an A+ rating.
