Information on this site
We aim to keep the information here accurate and current, but it is general in nature. Roofs differ, and nothing on this site is a substitute for an inspection of your specific property. Descriptions of services, timescales and materials are indicative and may change.
Estimates and quotes
Nothing on this website is a quote or an offer to contract. A price becomes binding only when we provide it in writing after inspecting your property, and it is subject to the terms stated in that document. Where the condition of the roof deck cannot be established until the existing roof is removed, the written quote will identify how that work is priced.
Warranties
Our workmanship warranty is set out in the documentation issued on completion of your job, and it is that document that governs. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer on their own terms and are not given by us. Nothing on this page varies either.
Insurance claims
We document damage and we attend adjuster visits to present what we found. We do not file, negotiate or adjust claims on your behalf, and we are not licensed public adjusters. Decisions about coverage are made by your insurance carrier alone, and we cannot guarantee any particular claim outcome.

Where we link to third-party sites we do so for convenience. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoofMax USA LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect your rights under the written contract for any work we perform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
