What We Do

Our Roofing Services

Everything we do starts the same way — someone gets on the roof and looks properly, then tells you what is actually wrong.

Residential & Commercial

Choose what you need

If you are not sure which of these applies, start with the free inspection. It costs nothing and it is the only honest way to answer the question.

Roof Repair

Leaks, lifted or missing shingles, failed flashing and storm punctures. We trace the leak to its actual entry point rather than patching where the water shows up inside.

Roof Replacement

Full tear-off and replacement with a lifetime workmanship warranty. Around 95% of ours are finished in a single day, cleanup included.

Storm Damage

Hail and straight-line wind do genuine structural harm while leaving a roof looking untouched from the street. We find it and document it.

How To Choose

Repair or replace?

This is the question almost every homeowner arrives with, and the honest answer is that it depends on three things: the age of the roof, how widespread the damage is, and whether an insurer is involved.

A roof with ten years left in it and a single failed pipe boot is a repair, full stop. Replacing it would be a waste of your money. Equally, a twenty-year-old roof with granule loss across every slope and three separate leaks is not a repair job — patching it buys you a season and costs you the difference later.

The awkward middle ground is where storm damage sits. Hail rarely destroys a roof outright; it shortens its life by bruising the mat beneath the granules, which then fails years earlier than it should. That is genuine, claimable damage, and it is also close to invisible from the ground. It is the single most common reason a homeowner is told their roof is fine when it is not.

We will give you our assessment in writing with photographs, including the case for doing nothing if that is what we find. You do not have to take our word for any of it.

In Their Words

What a finished job looks like

Rather than describe our own work, here is a customer describing it. This one covers the claim, the timeline and the state of the property afterwards — the three things that actually determine whether a roofing job went well.

★★★★★
“Very professional! Assisted with the insurance adjuster, and once approved did the work within days. The crew was professional, started in the morning and were finished with the job by the afternoon. Thoroughly cleaned behind themselves. Saw them magnet rake. And no debris was left behind. The work looks amazing and it’s like I have a new home.”

Georgia Specifics

What this climate does to a roof

North Georgia is hard on roofing in two distinct ways, and they damage a roof on completely different timescales.

The first is storms. The metro sits in a corridor that reliably produces hail and straight-line wind through spring and early summer. Hail falls in narrow swathes, which is why one street gets new roofs and the next street over gets nothing, and why “my neighbor claimed” is a reason to get checked rather than a reason to claim.

The second is heat. A Georgia summer bakes an asphalt roof from above while an under-ventilated attic bakes it from below, and shingles caught between the two age considerably faster than their rated life. This is the slow failure — nothing dramatic happens, the roof simply reaches the end sooner than the warranty implied. It is also the reason we check attic ventilation on every replacement rather than treating it as an upsell.

Between them these two forces explain most of the roofing work in this part of the state, and they need entirely different responses: one is an insurance conversation, the other is a maintenance and specification one.

Common questions

Do you charge for an estimate?

No. The inspection, the photographs and the written report are all free, and there is no obligation attached to any of it.

How quickly can you come out?

Usually the same day or the next. If you have an active leak, call rather than filling in the form — water moving through a roof deck does damage by the hour.

Do you handle emergency work?

Yes. Emergency tarping stops the water while the claim and the permanent repair get sorted out. It is a stopgap, but it is an important one.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we carry full insurance, and our inspectors hold Haag certification for residential roof damage assessment. We are BBB accredited with an A+ rating.
