About RoofMax USA

A Georgia roofing company built on referrals, which is a harder way to grow and a much better reason to do the work properly.

Who We Are

Roofing metro Atlanta since 2010

RoofMax USA LLC has been repairing and replacing roofs across Georgia since 2010. We are based in Alpharetta and most of our work sits within the north metro — Roswell, Milton, Johns Creek, Cumming, Marietta, Woodstock, Sandy Springs and Duluth.

The company has grown almost entirely through word of mouth. That sounds like a nice line for a website, but in practice it is a constraint: a roofer who depends on referrals cannot afford a job that goes badly, because the next ten jobs come from this one. It shapes how we crew jobs, how we handle problems, and why we would rather lose a sale than oversell a roof that does not need replacing.

Most of what we do now involves storm damage in some form. Georgia gets hail and straight-line wind that does genuine structural harm while leaving a roof looking untouched from the street, and homeowners find out months later when a ceiling stain appears. Catching that early, and proving it to an insurer, has become the core of the business.

Credentials

What we can actually prove

Roofing attracts a lot of claims that are hard to check. These are the ones you can verify independently.

Haag Certified Inspectors

Haag certification is the residential roof damage credential that insurance adjusters are themselves trained against. It means our damage assessment speaks the same technical language as the person deciding your claim — which matters enormously when a claim is borderline.

BBB A+ Accredited

Accredited with the Better Business Bureau since August 2024, carrying an A+ rating. Publicly verifiable, and it reflects how complaints get handled rather than how much marketing we buy.

Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Manufacturer warranties cover the materials. Ours covers the installation, for as long as you own the home. If something we did fails, we come back and fix it.

How We Work

One day, and then properly cleaned up

Around 95% of our roof replacements are finished in a single day, cleanup included. That is not a speed contest — it is about not leaving a family living under a half-finished roof, and not leaving a property full of debris and nails for a week.

The cleanup matters more than people expect. Roofing tear-off scatters nails across a lawn and driveway, and they find tires and bare feet for years afterwards. We magnet rake the property before we leave, every time.

When insurance is involved we meet your adjuster at the property and walk the roof with them. We are not there to argue — we are there to make sure the person assessing the damage is looking at all of it.

★★★★★
“Very professional! Assisted with the insurance adjuster, and once approved did the work within days. The crew was professional, started in the morning and were finished with the job by the afternoon. Thoroughly cleaned behind themselves. Saw them magnet rake. And no debris was left behind. The work looks amazing and it’s like I have a new home.”
