What happens next
We will call you back to arrange the inspection, usually the same day. A Haag-certified inspector gets on the roof, photographs what they find, and you get a written assessment. If there is nothing wrong with your roof, we will tell you that — it costs us an hour and it is how we would want to be treated.
If there is damage and insurance should be covering it, we will explain what the claim process looks like before you commit to anything.
